ABOUT HANDIAL
Introduction
Handial could interpreted as Han dial, the Chinese watch. And our Chinese, Gui, is named after the first portable watch in China.
Handial is dedicate to design “Look no hand” timepieces inspired by Chinese Culture Heritage.
Our two featured series on stock now are “HUA” and “SHU”, which means Flower and calligraphy respectively. Handial had selected the “Four Nobles” and the “Lucky numbers” as the theme of these two series.
Time is a moving image of eternity.
In Chinese culture, circle stands for “fulfilled”, “oneness”, and “unity”. Which we further elaborate as eternity. Eternity remains what it is and never get corrupted. Time circles back to the same, so it is almost always the same. That’s how time imitates eternity by circling around. Instead of using hands to indicate the time, we would like to use image to do so. The ticking watch always gives intense pressure to the user. With our watch, time seems to be stopped on our wrist. Furthermore, there are no doubt that Chinese painting and calligraphy are highly praised as classic. We hoped that, with Handial collection, you could get a Xuan paper alive on your wrist.
OUR PRODUCTS
The quality of a watch is mainly judged by the movement mechanism and the finishing quality of the appearance.
All of the Handial Watches made use of automatic movements from Swiss. Therefore, the mainspring is wound automatically as a result of natural motion of the wearer's arm, to provide energy to run the watch.
Handial watches feature stainless steel cases, assembled with exacting tolerances, fitted with scratch resistant mineral glass lens. Our watch straps used top quality leather, and metal buckles.
For the limited edition, the watch cases were upgraded to stainless steel cases plated with titanium. Moreover, watch dial and strap are fully hand painted or written. Each limited edition had a serial number and a life warranty secured.
Payment:
1. Payment must be made within 3 days after purchase. We accept Paypal and Alipay.
2. Unpaid strike will be reported if the payment could not be completed within 5 working days after purchase.
Handling and Shipping:
1. Handling time is 3 working days after payments cleared. Shipping fee includes the packaging cost, handling and normal postage fee.
2. All parcels shall be dispatched via non-registered air mail by Hong Kong Airmail and Normal air mail lead time from Hong Kong: 7-20 Working days (excluded
Sat & Sun) to United Kingdom, 10-28 Working days (excluded Sat & Sun) ship to United States , Australia(due to heightened aviation security measures taken by
USA concerning mail transportation), Canada, France, Germany, Italy, India, Brazil, Malta and other further Country. ) It should be paying extra amount (around
GBP £1.5, US $2.00) to required registered mail with tracking number.
Shipping fee:
We provide free shipping by air mail for regular edition and free speed post for limited edition.
Returning policy:
If you do not satisfy our products because of initial faulty, you can return it through air mail. We will refund full amount of product price, however shipping cost is non refundable. Please note we will not refund any damage items due to improper or careless handling.
Warranty:
We guarantee each regular edition Handial watch for 1 years warranty from the date of purchase. For limited edition, we guarantee for life warranty.
